This is an aerial view of Coyote Hill Foster Community. While each home is within the community, it also has its own privacy and space for family living. At Not Common Neighborhood we want to duplicate this model for our Foster Families.
Each home at NCN will have an outdoor space designed for multiple children to play comfortably.
The floor plan of each NCN home will be designed with large families in mind. Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen and multiple bedrooms to accommodate multiple children and sibling sets.
